Hi,

I have committed two modified examples from InterClient to CVS. I kept
InterClient code inside in order to show that our driver is not too
different from InterClient.

Also, I got clean compile of few other examples, but
PerformanceTests.java fails on date/time tests (because it expects sql
dialect 1, not 3, and I haven't figured out how to set it) and on
stored procedures (more serious issue, might be native protocol
implementation). So, this will be committed later.

I will not commit JNDIExample.java and ServerManagerExample.java
because they are too InterClient specific.
