Hello all,

Am I correct in thinking that the following can not be performed in a
prepared statement in the beta one release?

SELECT GEN_ID(SEQUENCE_NAME, 1) AS NEWKEY FROM RDB$DATABASE


Is anyone working on supporting this? You can do this in
interclient/interserver.
