Hi All,

I'm working on the update to the FAQ and release notes. These statements
are in our current release notes:

"Support for character encodings has just been added. This is easily
accessible only from the FBDriver class."

"URL-encoded params are fully supported only when you get a connection from
java.sql.DriverManager (using FBDriver class)."

Is these statements still true?
