Hi All (and particularly David),

Attached is an updated release notes HTML file.

Changes are:

1. Used David's final version of the release notes as baseline.

2. Removed references to the driver not working with WebLogic.

3. Added links in the index to each section for easier navigation of the
notes.

4. Added a "return to table of contents" link at beginning of each section.

5. Made case of terms like "JDBC" consistent throughout document.

6. Added a "Corrections/Additions To Release Notes" section.

7. Fixed mis-matched font sizes in some titles.

8. Added a horizontal rule after each section for easier reading.

9. Added some links in section 15.

To Do:

Add more info on using the JayBird with JNDI and Tomcat with container
managed pooling.
