Hi David,

I am using jCVS to get the files, not winCVS. Doing a cvs log returns
keyword expansion kv which I believe means that the file is not binary.

From my limited understanding of cvs you can force a file as binary by

cvs admin -kb foo.gif

and then re-commit the file.

If you uploaded the file then your file will be right, everyone elses
will be wrong!
