In fact, the *.jars downloaded using wincvs are not set as binary.
When I do a log on the files, I see "Keyword substitution: '-kv'", but
I think for binary files it should be 'b'.
I've downloaded them directly from the webcvs on sourceforge. That's
the simplest way :)
