Check the memory being used by interserver.exe. I have seen "runaway"
processes that eventually use up all of your virtual memory. That would
definatly cause a slow-down. I have seen it several times, but I have never
been able to figure out what was causing the problem.

Subject: [IB-Java] InterServer/InterClient problem on WinNT

I've got a customer who's application runs with InterClient
InterServer, both on WinNT platforms. He's just installed
V6 and changed some arbitrary number of other things and
now connections from his application to the database are
very slow (over 60 second connect, similar response time for
queries).

Realizing that this is a very high-powered group, concerned
with the serious issues of life, does anyone have a suggestion
for what may have gone wrong?

Many thanks for your time,

Ann
