Unfortunately, this is not an option, as the recommendation is for a friend
how has agreed to develop a system for a Charity, and the budget will just
about cover the development costs. Another company has agreed to host the
application for free, and they have offered a Solaris/x86 box (because its
free). I have suggested asking the hosting company if they will swap the
Solaris/x86 box for a linux one (I don't rate Solaris/x86 anyway).
