I'll update the CVS tree for 1.6 on the weekend, at firebird with the
following changes (if someone doesn't beat me to it).

Also there is a jdbc test suite and test harness from Sun, Ive copied it
to firebird, at:

Im busy at the moment (I've got a larger test suite I need to work on
;-), but if someone here is willing to have a look at it and give me a
summary about how applicable it is to interclient I'd appreciate it.

PS: Im a java guy at heart, but haven't seriously used interbase for 10
