I have been hoping for a long time to see a version of Interclient with
scrollable cursors, but I have just learned that Interbase does not support
this (so that's why I couldn't find a reference in the IB API manual).

So, I would like to know what is planned for the next version of
InterClient, and if there might be an intermediate version coming which is
identical to 1.60, but with support for dialect 3 and the new data types.
