We have SMP with CS and SC....

Not to any meaningful degree.  A shared page cache reduces disk activity, 

interprocess communication, memory usage ...  nearly everything that makes

a system slow.   Yes, Classic and SuperClassic use multiple cores, but not

efficiently.
