On the conference Pavel Zotov named me as an author of conflict-less scheme of stored
aggregates. I didn't interrupt him and now I'm sorry because I, actually, picked up this
schema in firebird-support list years ago. IIRC, it was Ann Harrison, who came up with it.
I don't want to be blamed for plagiarism.
