I've put in a ticket with the DNS hoster, Midphase/UK.net, which is not stargateinc. Stargate sold us on to an outfit called Midphase a couple of years ago, when Stargate moved out of that side of business. I have had a response from an actual human at Midphase, who says he is "looking into it".
