Here's what I think (do flame me please, but argument your opinions):
- accessibility is most relevant and tikiwiki sucks at that
- firebird instead of mysql as backend is totally irrelevant
(although it can be arranged)

exactly, what is the environment and how are we gonna use it? What is
required of us?
