I noticed sf.net allows option to edit the download page. I didn't test
whether it allows custom HTML code.

OTOH, sf.net rules state that all donations must be channeled through
sf.net system. It only supports PayPal currently, though. Be wary about
this, on one of my projects I tried to set up a separate payment gateway
since PayPal is not available in my country, and they suspended my
sf.net account without any warning :(
