At the moment I'm trying to document a geeky helper program for Firebird, written for some unspecified UNIX platform some unspecified number of decades ago by a programmer whose first language for communication with humans and machines alike is bash. So, to get myself into a mindset where I have faith in the concept of "moving forward" I've been scouring the web for some kind of translation guide...and I stumbled across this. :-)
