I'm no longer a member of the federation - My contributions were deemed
inadequate so I'm just carrying on with support for PHP and on my own behalf.
Wiki via bitweaver is very stable now, and has been running my own sites for
some time - on Firebird of cause.

I will be putting the SQL guide back on my own site soon as I am wasting too
much time trying to check the odd thing in 'the book' but it will have to be
private as I'll pull content from any suitable source not necessarily 'free'
stuff :( In fact it will probably be up tomorrow as I want to drop some of the
FB2 notes into the relevant boxes :)
