Even though I knew of it I forgot. It was on the news the other day and
I remembered. I inquired to see if we were we got our timezone stuff for
Gentoo had been updated. Seems it was within the last year. So long as
people keep their systems somewhat up to date shouldn't be an issue.

Of course never worried about Fb, since it uses system time. So can't
really blame it, and any offsets for DST calculations I do outside of
the db.
