Actually we can probably solve this without a big discussion.

The Windows installer uses InnoSetup. Unfortunately it (InnoSetup) doesn't
have a maintainer for the core spanish translation file (.isl) But, over
the years, various contributors have made translations available. When
we first added Spanish to the Firebird installer the .isl file used
proclaimed its language was Castellano. It is certainly not for me, a
non-native speaker, to argue with a translator.

If you look at the InnoSetup site
(http://www.jrsoftware.org/files/istrans) you will see that there are now
five spanish .isl files. All claim to be in Español, except for the
Nicaraguan one which claims Castellano.

So, as the .isl translators seem to agree (more or less) I believe the
translation should claim to be in Español and I will amend the file
accordingly.
