Not specified... that would depend on the number of shares
issued and a realistic valuation of the company. We would need
to look at the metrics for valuing a company for the issuing of
shares...

Nope - because I have been too busy and haven't had time to go out and
buy an appropriate headset. Such things aren't easily available in
rural France :-)
