I am very sorry Adam, but the database you describe is not
appealing...

"License_Restrictions is null" = restrictions are not known
or not specified, it could be anything

"Administration is null" = administration is not known,
or not specified, it could be anything

All this on top of a lack of boolean data type, I think I
should look elsewhere!
