I'm not worried. If I am informed correctly this year's FB conference
will be in Fall, and coincide with the release of Firebird 2. If we
have a slogan, say, one month before it is still soon enough to be
used in the PR around these events.

We may not yet have a new slogan, but we have made some good progress:

- there is consensus on how FB should be positioned
- we have some feel for the "form" of the slogan
- we have defined a "pyramid":
. slogan
. various sub-slogans
. a 10-line white-paper
. full whitepapers
. reference user list

Of course, a lot of this is not new, many volunteers, the foundation
and companies like IBPhoenix ann HK have already done a lot in the
past 5 years.

The ball will continue rolling, be sure about that
