They have "Copyright 1999-2005" in the "About..." box, so that is ~4
versions per year. If I remember correctly, rabbits give birth only
two times a year, and that is considered fast :)

But seriously, that software reminds me of Firebird to some extent. It
is only 1.5 MB archive, no installation required (it runs directly
from archive), does quite a lot of things, including basic UML
modelling, also it reads java code, compiles it, has a built-in web
server, web browser, and so on. It looks strange, but so is MVCC
concept to most people.
