Good organized work is the most important thing when there are more that 3
developers :) . It really does not matter how many are developers - 3 or
300. The main goal is to organize them.

I am glad to hear that there is still work for me to do something. My
favorite is C/C++, especially OOP (because I still impressed from my first
met of OOP back in 93 with Borland C++ 3.1 :) ).
I have also big experience with .NET, but I do not like it very much... It
was a really nightmare to convince my managers that we must forget about
.NET and switch almost all of developments to Delphi (because of the
nature of our applications).
For now I will take my attention to C++ (unless there is a 'visual'
subproject in Firebird ;) ).
