Hi
We, the fanatical Firebird fans, should ensure that FireBird features on all
possible lists, wherever Interbase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Ingress as well as MS
SQL, Sybase ASE and ASA, Orcacle, is listed.
Lists that do not feature FireBird, but should:
http://www.opensourcexperts.com/bountylist.html
http://www.carlprothman.net/Default.aspx?tabid=81
Any others?
Come on, let us make the world aware of Firebird.
I will feel we are making an impact, when I see a great majority of web
hosting companies start hosting FireBird and I see more and books with
titles like PHP and Firebird (come on, how many are there featuring PHP and
MySQL?)
It is up to us to make it happen!
Contact all these webmasters etc. and convince them to add Firebird.
Let us see some CNET/ZDNET etc. reviews, etc.
Keep contacting hosting companies to "harrass" them into hosting Firebird.
Why don't we all, during the coming few weeks, start e-mailing/phoning the
top hosting companies and request Firebird hosting?
The more Firebird starts appearing on webpages and in the title of books,
the more it will start appearing on webpages and in the title of books.
Any other suggetions to spread the gospel called FireBird?
