At least in Spanish, horrible, until I can figure out a better translation:
Firebird: incrustado en la empresa.

You can have a thorn "incrustada" in your foot. (bad).
You can have a diamond "incrustado" in your golden/platinum jewelry (good).

Several Spanish texts never dared to translate MS "Object Linking and
Embedding", aka OLE.
