It's always like this, but we are now in a good position to change it.

I think that me and you can easily achive a list of important topics to
be focus on the first (let's say 3) white papers, and after that we can
call to volunteers.
We are better organized now, and I think that if we create the initial
ones, it will be easy for example to translate them to portuguese,
french and german and post them at the same time.

I will do this with you. If someone wants to help us, feel free to
contact Paul and me.

In the meantime, I found the "PHP en Enterprise White Paper" and it will
be available (for a few weeks) here:

For those of you that will argue that this is a white paper "too much
commercial", don't worry. I know that the target isn't something just
enterprise-related, but a generic one. I think that we can learn from
this white paper: It's well organized, with a clear focus, clean,
summarized, and it was made as an introduction to the product. That's
what we need.
