Perhaps not a surprise, but an unfortunate situation. Being "one of
the OS products" is a death trap IMHO. We would want to be "the
exciting alternative", which happens to have total freedom as one of
its key benefits.

Agree on visibility. A better slogan is being discussed, the 10-line
whitepaper more or less agreed (I did not hear complaints about the
mid-week summary). The big chunk of work ahead of us is whitepapers.
Let's take inventory of who is willing to help the visibility train
forward.

- Lester already volunteered to update the Firebird + PHP whitepaper
- I volunteer to do an Oracle SE1 versus whitepaper
- Martijn, would you volunteer to update the Firebird vs. MySQL one?
- Miroslav, would you volunteer to update the FB vs MSSQL/MSDE one?
- Pavel, would you volunteer to improve the fact sheet?
- Helen, would you volunteer to do a C/S whitepaper?
- Roman, would you volunteer to do a java / java app server one?
- Who else wants to volunteer for a whitepaper?

I am not trying to pressure anybody into doing work, just trying to
get a feel for whether this will be a one person effort or a 10+
person effort.
