Triggers have been around since at least 3.0 (1990), i.e. the syntax to
support them was available via gdef. Note these were non SQL triggers.
and InterBase had a form of SP's that could be used in QLI - OK

using InterBase from 3.0 on :-) - I'll rely on Ann's memory for that.

SQL triggers and SP's as they are now appreared in InterBase 4.0
which should be around 1994.
