One quick suggestion: These moving banners are not much use if they are
more than 2 frames. The reason is that no web user is likely to stick
around waiting for 4 or 5 frames of information to come by. They will
ignore, move on or remember it as annoying.

Is there a way that we can get this message across in 15 words or less, on
possibly 2 banner pages? Some quick, snappy and lasting.
