I've got the Norwegian Postcode table, but need a little help with the
translations. I am assuming that AREA - is like COUNTY, but I've got 438
of them?
1906 towns sounds right - some names are in more than one area ;)
What does the 6 NO_TYPE descriptions translate to?

I am aiming for an AREA/STATE/COUNTY table per country (US has STATE and
COUNTY table), followed by a TOWN table followed by POSTCODE/ZIP.
