I've added the GB_POSTAREA table with some 3000 primary postal area
entries, all with XY coordinates which can be used on www.multimap.com

I've had a number of inquiries from PHP users so I'm posting the details
there as some extra Firebird Advertising :)
I'm planning to maintain all coordinates as per the www.multimap.com
maps, since they seem to provide the widest coverage. These coordinates
match up with other local maps in the UK, so I would expect similar
standardisation world wide. I filled in all the gaps searching on
multimap and putting the details back. It would be nice to add Latitude
and Longitude later.
