Is now COUNTRY and has ISO2, ISO3, ISOnum, dial code, and IANA for each
country. I've cross checked the ISO stuff, but not the IANA list - so
there may be some entries missing there.

Dropped the blob fields for the moment.
DE_STATE does not show up in the WATCH window, unless you connect with
NONE as the character set. I guess the language translation unit has
failed, and I'll need some help with character sets ;)

Ive added a DATA_INDEX table, which will have the last modified dates
for each table, along with notes on their content. The COUNTRY notes
have links to the source material.

I'm going to get some sleep - been a long day with one thing and another.
