IBOConsole only works in Windows, because it uses
IBObjects.

There is a already done project that works in Windows
and Linux:

I'm the author, I have done some work for next version
but still not finished.

Current version performs any operation including
executing services, add/delete users, executing sql.

But of course because I'm the author my opinion about
the tool can be viashed :-)
