Hi,

I can offer to host the site or at least a mirror in europe for
free.

We do have a very good connection to internet from university of
erlangen-nuernberg at least for european and I think also american
visitors and we also have a new db-server with lot of cpus and lot
of memory.... which is not the webserver!
