But when you have a look at IBMonitor (included in IBExpert Package),

IBLogmanager, for example I/O Bytes, Connection Statistics, Select
Statements are also logged, Plans and Execution Time are logged for
each Statement, IP and Computername and Sessionnumber of the Client,
not only the Username, failed Logins, and other useful informations.
From my personal experience with a lot of jobs on optimizing the
speed of customers applications, trigger based logging is only a
small part of the solution.
And one thing i also want to say:
When there would be no competition, both companies (HK and Upscene)
would not have this quality in their products. The customer can
decide what he likes more (the same can we do when we meet again on
the next firebird conference and order the beer ;-)
