You'd better write to firebird-support@yahoogroups.com - cause that's
the support list ... but:
tool IBAccess - www.ibaccess.org - also IB_SQL at www.ibobjects.com
But lots of people prefer the commercial (though not expensive) tools, for
example at www.upscene.com ( Database Workbench )

the Firebird Foundation ( see www.firebirdsql.org ) that you can contact
for project sponsoring, membership etc etc...
