Well I wrote a polite email to Lim Chee Aun the author of Phoenity and
asked if he might consider changing the http://phoenity.com pages to
meet the mozilla branding document.

I got a very nice reply in just a few hours including the phrase
"Okie-dokie. At first, I thought no one notice the names... like I do"

So hopefully they will soon be changed.
