The only reason I was pointed to that site was because I was
following a link to customise Phoenix back to the way I
liked it originally.
these sorts of 'rogue' sites CAN be delt with. BUT I suspect
that there will be an element who will continue to use the
Firebird(tm) name and the only way that COULD have been delt
with was to simply drop the name when YOU realised there
WOULD be a problem. There is not a lot WE can do about
people using the Firebird name now, but you ...
