Hmmm I think something like Knopix but with Firebird instead + ibWebAdmin (on a apache) +maybe
Jboss .
Something like that could be nice ...
Just a database and application server out of the box ...and named Firebird Linux (tm) :) Just kidding

There is a distro for server with firebird packaged and Ibaccess !!

http://www.sol-linux.com/Content/SoL/Packages

"SoL - Server optimized Linux is a Linux-distribution, which is designed and optimized especially for servers. SoL was developed by antitachyon and is completely independent of other Linux distributions. But the development process has not stopped: Now and in the furure we are working on SoL to give you a fast and stable Linux-distribution for your servers to run as efficiently as possible, with less work than on other conventional distributions.
No bloated graphical configuration tool stands between the administrator and the system. The new XML-based configuration files for all basic services makes it easy even for Linux starters to work on the core of Linux without losing control of the system. "
