No - With big bold italic red fonts (All with a Green neon frame).
Is not a good idea in what you say.
This name will stay even if we have to fight for it (Firebird fight club
anyone ? :))
To give you an example :

What will happen if Linux (TM) will be renamed into FreeBeerOS .
I know it will sound better but it took >10 years for linux to grow at
this stage (I think anyone heard of the linux by now and some of us is
using it) and known by it's name .

Firbird (TM) name as a database (TM) will take the same amount of years
to be known as best oss database .

It's better to use your energy in Firebird(TM) evangelism and writing
articles , using in your projects, testing .. etc

Take a good example from Mozilla community :)

The *issue* of firbird name clash is dead (TM) .Amen.
