If this is the wrong list, please educate me.

Is there anybody who has done an analysis of the differences between
Firebird 1.5 and Interbase 7x and where the different databases give the
advantage or not.

We are now using Firebird 1.0.3. We will need to make a decision to go
Firebird or Interbase. My gut feel says that Firebird is the way to go.
I need to justify this choice at a director level.
