I don't know if the German government hold SuSE stocks. If so,
I guess the agreement will not be an issue, because in 2002 the
German government jumped on the Open-Source train. They made a
deal with IBM and SuSE that enables federal, state and local
governments to get a great discount for IBM computers with
Linux installed.
