1. Database Designer: Fixed problem with creating new table.

2. Metadata Extract: Now it's possible to define WHERE condition
for every data table.

3. Environment Options:
* Changing interface language available.
* Default Server Version option added.

4. Options | Visual Options: Added possibility to choose splitters style:
Standard or Netscape.
