QA isn't as much of a problem - it'll work ok, but how fast will it run when full?
My problem is not knowing how much data Firebird can handle, and getting procedure results back in under 1/10th of a second.
If anyone's has experience with MASSIVE databases, they'd know a winning schema if they saw it.
it's here anyway:
http://ecr.sf.net/partsnet.tgz
Sorry if this entirely the wrong list - I thought the spreading use of Firebird throughout more business sectors would be in everyone's business.
What is a good mailing list to post schema's for review?...it's be interesting reading.
