I don't mind one warning at all, and don't mind beeing warned 3 times at
once :-))
I think, conversation via mail-lists has to be a bit well-behaven.
I have followed this list and for far too long, very much wrong things were
going on.
Especially one person (Hi, Markus) was quite "overmotivated" (said in its
mildest).
He was for sure contributing something usefull (the logos) but all his other
oposts were simply egoist, self-centered and not usefull mails.
Firebird may need a new website or may not. I like the one, pavel has done.
Based on his structure, it could be improved, but it doesn't need complete
redesign.
the way, markus expresses his opinion is not respectfull (said this a few
weeks ago, already) and mostly intolerant. His own opinion is superior, and
everybody who disagrees is an idiot. I do not dislike markus as person
(hell, I don't know how he looks like at all) but I think, his
conversational skills need definitely an improvement, as much as his
team-working skills. I do not blame his english-skills, as even the worst
english-speaker (writer) knows how to behave with respect.
My initial post to this thread was perhaps respectless, perhaps even
inappropriate and childish (Hi, Geoff), but it expresses my meaning. And I
do NOT apologize for it, as anybody here must first prove, that it was not
observed correctly.
And personaly I think, many people reading it had at least a good laugh.
If somebody wants to express his anger or disregards to me, please mail me
directly, as this does not belong to the list as much as Markus' way of
wording and acting to any list out there....
