Hi,
I changed to your newer bird, it does look better. (I renamed the gif so I
wouldn't have to regenerate all the html).
The top and toc buttons do the same thing only because the example is so
simple. A chapter can have a local toc, which the toc button will take you
to. This may need more work, I think we should wait till we have more
content ( and maybe better buttons)
