Hi,

New build, mainly to fix the bug I introduced in 1.1.59, regarding
writing to IPD fields. Caused a problem in Delphi.

Alter reported functions in SQLGetInfo()
Fix incorrect length of large numerics
Fix missing timestamp fraction with bound parameters
Fix error message typo
Remove check for updating IPD fields
