The point has been raised by Markus that a no frames version should be made
- this is fine by me as it would make the site more compatible with non
windows systems. However due to the nature of that style of site it becomes
very difficult to maintain with even a few pages, the solution is to use
PHP, but unless i know that the hosting computer will have PHP it is a
waste of time.

Therefore to follow up on this i would require a hosting machine with PHP
within a week to live test the site. Ideally this machine would also be the
final resting place of the site.

I would be very grateful for your opinion on this.
