After some time, and a lot of chaos (moving office and crashing web
servers), here is a new build of the driver

Here are the changes, nothing major.

Set the rows_processed_ptr for params
Add missing error msg for incorrect number of bound params
Merge errors into one message string
Alter date format conversion
Map errors -204 to 42S02 and -206 to 42S22
Add simple encryption of password in registry
If ROWSET_SIZE is set from ODBC 2, set ARRAY_SIZE also
